Frequently asked questions

How do I access Business?

Business is a personal invitation service for companies. An account is activated through an invitation; an access request alone does not activate membership.

How do I sign in?

Open the login and request a code to your account email. Use the latest code within its displayed validity period.

Where can I change company details or email?

Open account settings. A replacement account email must be verified. Already issued documents retain their original details.

How long is my cart reserved?

The cart has one shared reservation of 60 minutes. The displayed server deadline is authoritative. Adding a new work or explicitly renewing reserves the entire selection again, provided all works are available.

What happens when a reservation expires?

Your selection stays saved but loses priority. The works must be available again before ordering. Reading, removing or adding an already reserved work again does not extend the deadline.

Who confirms my order?

Each artist confirms their own part. ARVONAR is the platform; the artist is the contractual seller of the artwork. A shared request may contain several separate seller orders.

What if only part is confirmed or something changes?

Review the proposed selection, prices and shipping costs. Partial or changed confirmations require your explicit acceptance. Observe the displayed decision deadline.

What is the difference between an inquiry and an offer?

An inquiry helps clarify your needs. A specific offer has its own positions, versions and possibly a deadline. Review the current edition; downloading does not accept it or extend a reservation.

When do I receive an invoice?

For confirmed orders, an invoice is provided after the required acceptance and before payment. Multiple artists mean separate invoices and payments.

Which payment methods can I use?

Use only the payment options displayed for your specific order. Availability and deadlines may vary by seller and order. A support message does not change a payment deadline.

Where are my invoices and certificates?

Open Invoices & documents. Invoices appear once ready, certificates of authenticity after verified payment. Help guides are separate from your personal documents.

Who arranges shipping and delivery?

Each artist arranges shipping according to the confirmed order. Check the delivery address, shipping costs and any shipping information in your order.

How do I report a damaged or missing parcel?

Contact us with the relevant order and describe the problem. Retain the packaging and evidence. This form does not accept file attachments.

How can I get help choosing individual art?

Use My inquiries for advice and individual projects. For account, document or existing-order questions, use the contact form below. A support message neither creates nor cancels an order.

Step by step

Your first order
  1. Choose available works and submit an available cart selection as an order request.
  2. Check your company details and each artist confirmation; changed or partial proposals require your acceptance.
  3. After acceptance, separate seller invoices are provided. Use the displayed payment options and follow delivery in the order.
Reviewing and accepting offers
  1. Open My inquiries for advice or submit an available cart selection as an order request.
  2. Review each artist's response and the current offer edition.
  3. Explicitly accept partial or changed proposals. Observe each displayed deadline.
  4. Review separate seller orders and use only the payment options shown for them.
Finding invoices and certificates
  1. Open Invoices & documents and search for the relevant transaction.
  2. Filter by document type, project or date if needed, then open the available download.
  3. Confirmed order invoices precede payment; certificates follow verified payment. If an expected document is missing, contact us with the transaction reference.
Requesting commissioned artwork
  1. Open My inquiries and start a new inquiry for your individual project.
  2. Describe the space, desired work, budget and timing where known. Your inquiry first helps clarify the project.
  3. Review the response and any offer created. Commissioned work starts only after the necessary agreement; an inquiry is not yet an order.
